Heating Instructions
Raviolis in Sauce:
Place bags in boiling water and simmer at a slow boil for 15 minutes.
Lasagna in 9 x 13 pan:
Remove the plastic wrap under the
aluminum foil top. Place the foil back on the pan and place in the middle rack of the 350 degree oven. Bake for about 2
hours, removing the foil the last 15 minutes. Internal
temperature should be 165 degrees. Single Serving: take out of foil, place in pan with ¼” water, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Chicken Cacciatore:
Remove plastic, and cover pan with
foil. Bake 350 for 1.5 hours.
Frozen Ravioli w/o Sauce:
Drop into boiling water, then reduce to a medium boil for 10 minutes. Do not cover. Meat takes longer to cook than cheese, and if the water is too rolling they may break open.
Frozen Gnocchi:
Drop into boiling water, then reduce to a

Day Hours medium boil for 5 minutes. They will rise to the top when done. Cook for 1 more minute.
Chicken Parmesan:
Heat about ¼” Olive Oil in non-stick
saute pan . Place frozen chicken breast in pan and brown both sides. Place in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until
internal temperature is 145.
Meatballs and Sausages
may be thawed overnight, in the microwave, or in saute pan until heated throroughly. Remove plastic wrap before heating
